Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are:
• Defective
• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrect items received
Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
All approved returns must include all original items received with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A screenshot or copy of your order confirmation or receipt
• Clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will:
• Replace the item, OR
• Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your payment provider.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 4 hours of purchase and before production or fulfillment begins.
Once an order enters fulfillment or production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
